Extremely cute space with immaculate vibes and a fully judgement free zone (something i haven’t found at many other gyms) Rachel really takes the time to personalize your fitness journey to meet your needs (including meal plans, check ins and optional at home work outs for people like me who can’t always make it to the physical gym. She has every type of work out equipment and always playing an amazing playlist for motivation! Flexible times for classes too, early mornings and evenings are super important for me and my schedule. 1111/10 recommendation!!!

I’ve been training with Rachel at Wellness Method for just under a year now, and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. My physical and mental health have improved leaps and bounds!
